Mission

To unite insolvency administrators operating in the Czech Republic on a professional basis
To protect and develop the interests of ASIS members, to provide for their needs, and to promote their demands
To appropriately present the ASIS externally, both at home and abroad
To create an environment for mutual exchange of practical experience and continuous development of the expertise of ASIS members
To actively contribute to the continued enhancement of the standard of the legal environment and bankruptcy law procedures
To develop a platform for improving bankruptcy law, for the harmonisation of practices, and for the insolvency procedure process as such

To increase the effectiveness, speed, trustworthiness, and transparency in insolvency proceedings
To develop a permanent platform for the development of the expert and professional qualities of insolvency administrators
To strive to improve general awareness and achieve a high level of appreciation for the work of insolvency administrators and confidence in insolvency proceedings as such
To involve the ASIS in international contacts, exchange of information, and cooperation
To be in contact with public authorities, self-governance authorities, institutions, and third persons in order to exchange information and engage in closer cooperation
To engage in cooperation with professional organisations within the AIA’s area of interest
To provide opinions and recommendations as to disputed or unclear bankruptcy law issues
To create an independent position of an insolvency proceedings ombudsman and arbitrator
